FREQUENTLY ASKED
Do I need a separate CD key for each game?
Yes. Every RCK game you buy comes with its own CD key, and a key only works for the game it was bought for. All your keys are kept together in My library.
Where do I find my CD keys?
In My library: each game has its own card with its key and a Copy button. Each key is also in the email you got after buying that game.
How do I activate a game?
Run the game's installer and paste that game's key when asked (or on first launch). The game checks it online once, then works offline. It needs internet at least once every 14 days.
It says my key is used on too many PCs.
Each key works on a set number of PCs (shown on the game page). Open My library, click "Manage PCs" on that game, remove one you don't use, then activate again.
Do demos need a key?
No. Demos are free and don't need an account or a key. If you buy the game, your demo save carries over.
How do updates work?
When a new version is out, the game tells you on its title screen. Download the small update installer from your library: it keeps your saves and key.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, any time, as long as you've played that game for less than 60 minutes in total. There's no day limit. Go to My library > Purchases & refunds and click Request refund. That game's key stops working once it's refunded.
How is play time counted?
Each game counts the real time it's running on its key (every PC added together) and sends it to your account every few minutes. Removing a PC doesn't reset it.
How do I uninstall a game?
Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps → pick the game → Uninstall. This also frees up that PC on the game's key.
