TERMS OF SALE & LICENSE

This is a starting template. Have it reviewed for your situation before you sell.

1. Buying a game from RCK Games gives you a personal, non-transferable license to install and play that game on the number of computers shown on its page.

2. Each game has its own CD key. A key only unlocks the game it was sold for. You may not share, resell, or publish your keys, or try to bypass the license check.

3. Games marked Early Access may change and may have bugs. Updates are included in your purchase.

4. Refunds: a full refund at any time while the total play time on that game's key is under 60 minutes, requested from your library. Play time is the real time the game has been running on that key, on all PCs, as reported by the game. Refunded keys are revoked.

5. We may revoke keys that were obtained by fraud, chargeback or sharing.

6. Games are provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent allowed by law.
